One night stop over while visiting friends in nearby town. Very basic but very roomy clean facilities. Comfortable bed....shower heat took a fair /long while to come through that afternoon but was a little improved the next morning. Substantial cooked breakfast in dining room. Staff friendly and obliging but do not stay on premises after 5pm (or last daily checkin) or on Sunday. Emergency no. provided. 6 -8 off street carparks. 2 min walk to shopping centre and McDonalds.More like a travelling businessman hotel than a B n B. A no frills stop over.
It is definitely a no frills type of hotel! No hairdryer! Even the tea bags were loose on the tea tray! I didn't like the fact that there's no staff member around after 8pm and if there's a problem, then you have to phone the person on call!The room is clean but very basic! Also, there's no toiletries.It's the type of place to stay if you are using it for work! Plus, compered to other BnB places charging the same money in the Craigavon area, then I would say it's poor value for money!!!!!
No one in reception when we arrived. Had to ring the landline to be told where our key was. Room was clean but very dated. Bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was between 7.00 and 9 am. Had a cooked breakfast which was ok. The breakfast room was also quite dated.
The missus and I stayed for three nights over a weekend. Pretty amazed about how good the service and how nice the staff were. Smiling and helpful people. Also location wise in the center of town has been easy to get around to places.. 8/10
I was born in the 70s so it was nice to go back there for a visit. Luckily, the elevator took so long to move between the ground and first floor, 4 decades passed so I got back to the present day Decor aside , this b&b was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and the staff pleasant and courteous.Bannview Bed and Breakfast only really lost a star because of, and this was quite upsetting, but, well... They only had instant coffee.I had to wait until I got to the train station to get my fix. Summary: clean, pleasant, only caters for tea drinkers.
