We had a marvellous day at my Granddaughters christening the food was amazing but only thing I was disappointed at was my sister and her husband cud not join us as my brother inlaw is wheelchair bound and on oxygen constantly. We thought with such a height upstairs that with the Ashburn hotel they wud most definitely have a lift . But for their staff I would have no complaints as they made my sister and her family really welcome .my sister and her family had to sit downstairs away from us as when my niece explained to one of the owners of the Ashburn his reply was "what do you want me to do carry him up " to me this was not a very professional answer. But again staff were amazing .only for my one complaint I would have given 5 stars.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Excellent and friendly staff. Accommodation and facilities excellent except for seat and more accessible electric sockets at dressing table. It will be even better when a lift is lnstalled. The food and service was also good.Thank you for making our stay so helpful .
