Incredible sports massage!!! Ryan knew his stuff and the pressure throughout was perfect as he adjusted when listening to feedback from each muscle group. I'm a former pro athlete who has suffered various injuries throughout my career and had also just stepped off two/three long haul flights which probably didn't help any tension. I booked myself in for a one hour and half full body massage and now I feel like a new man! Refreshed, revitalised and re-booked for another session!
Ryan is one of the best around. Any problems I have get sorted after a session or two with him. Highly recommend, worth a visit!
