My Sister called into this store with her 6 year old daughter the lady dealing with her clearly had a split personality after asking for a hamster the lady was lovely one mim then refused to sell her the hamster as she said the cage was to small this cage was only being used to transport the the pet home. Her daughter was very upset and couldn't understand why a lady could be so rude all of the other staff looked shocked . Never the less a trip to Newry and she was giving a hamster without any question. I would like to know what this woman probably was and I will be asking for the management Is this normal customers service our does this woman need training.
