Staff are friendly and knowledgeable but they could do with better seating for those waiting to go into watch their chosen film.
I was very offended by a staff member when I asked for seats not to far up as I am disabled. I was offered row G and when I asked for further forward I was reluctantly (as in a huff and a puff along with an eye roll) given row D and told it was the best she could do and there were no seats without steps. We went to see the 2nd Wreck it Ralph on a Sunday night at 8pm where there were only 3 groups of people including ourselves and mine was the only 'child' the rest were teens. When I asked to see what size of cup was being offered I was told a price to which I replied I wanted a small cup, again met with the same attitude. I was not there to inconvenience this staff members life I just wanted to have the respect I diserve as a cinema goer, I believe this staff member was not being asked to do anything over and above her pay grade nor were any of my questions beneath her! Far from happy

Great screen, sound, seats and parking. Usual expensive sweets. On-site coffee shop good.
Went here tonight for the first time. The staff are very nice and helpful which was great. I enjoyed the movie but I took a star off for the toilets. The staff would need to keep an eye on them, no toilet rolls, bin overflowing, a sink blocked and not that clean but overall I really enjoyed it and will be back.
