Used this take away many times, and have been very happy until tonight. Waited 2 hours before contacting as I can appreciate Friday nights are busy, to find the store was closed, so had to ring the Portadown store, who said they tried to deliver, but got no answer. This isn't possible as the front door is right beside the room I was sitting in. The order was paid for by card, and no contact was made to say they didn't get an answer. The Portadown store agreed to redeliver. Waited a further hour, then had to call again to be told the food was ready, but they had to wait for the driver to come back. We then called back 35 minutes later as it still hadn't been delivered, and was told I was getting charged an additional 15 and then they hung up. Tried to call back again, but they kept hanging up.
Food was excellent and the fella very friendly and very helpful.
Ordered around 12 and Im writing this review at 2. Ridiculous. Rang and asked where it was and they said 10 minutes roughly, that was an hour ago. Gave up and rang them back to cancel the order, no apologies or anything from them. They just THANKED ME for cancelling their order. I guess they dont need customers. A few friend and family members are regular customers, theyve been notified and wont be getting from here anymore. Fast food? I think not.

Bada bing the best pizzas in the town and good deals the staff are very friendly and helpful and the delevery drivers are polite
