Phoned for a quote for their services. I was asked if I was already a customer, and I replied no I was simply ringing around a few different solicitors getting quotes. A very rude solicitor then told me a lot of people waste her time asking for quotes and then not getting back to her, refused to give me a quote and told me to go elsewhere!I was a bit shaken and a bit shocked. As a young person who is using a solicitor for the first time they have missed out on a lot of future business from me. I talked to 2 other practices located in Portadown, and both of them were very polite and helpful - worlds apart from the response I got from Rodgers James H & Co.The customer service here is clearly terrible, I would recommend you go anywhere else but here.
