The sign on the window advertises specialist services such as wedding dresses, however my wedding dress has come back 6 weeks later (initially I was advised it should take 2 weeks) and is still not clean. In addition, the bodice is now all out of shape. The staff are polite enough but I didnt receive any apology when I pointed these things out. May be okay for normal clothes but wouldnt recommend for precious items such as wedding dresses.

They dry clean everything, clothes, obviously but also curtains, quilts etc. But it's the care they take listening and understanding the stains that you have problems with
Brought my curtains in as said to dry clean.. couldn't get stain out.. put them into washing machine came out perfect..
Ridiculous business. Called and was told that they don't do the dry cleaning themselves. Then I asked how much they charge for a two piece suit and was told I would find out the price when I pick it up. Then I asked her to explain where it is dry cleaned and she said "it doesn't matter, it's ok" And hung up on me.
