Best gym I've been to! The staff are extremely friendly and always on hand to give advise or assist with your training and nutrition. It's not an intimidating environment which I tend to find with other gyms I've gone to. There is something for every level of fitness.

Equipment is clean and well maintained, instructors are well informed, friendly and professional, the gym has a great atmosphere and provides a positive environment in which to train.
